    Fished at Last

Thursday, March 13, 2008, 10:05 PM EST [General]

Finally got out in the River Last Night!!! almost two weeks since I fished the Farm Market stretch(5 strikes two fish, good old Prince and copper john).

The river is up and stained but I couldn't take it any more and I fished anyway. Man were the fish ON. I fished for a hour with around 10 strikes and 2 landed fish. They were even smashing my strike indicator!! nothing coming off but you couldn't tell them that!!!!

I do fishing mainly in a river called the local Takahashi River. There are rainbow trout, Amago, carp, bluegill, bus, sea bus.
The fly which I always use is RabbitZonker, various Spey fly, the wet fly which are standard, various CDC patterns.
    It produces fun again.
The place called Hokkaido in the north has much snow, and a lot of nature stays. Therefore the growing rainbow trout and browntrout, cherrysalmon grow big very much and can catch browntrout of 28 pounds(Japan Record) with the casting from the bank in the lake called Lake Shikotsu.
The trolling is prosperous in this lake, too, and a world record may be born soon.
I aimed at the size hard, too, but 12 pounds were greatest.
