About Me
Well, I reside in Southeastern Michigan (Dearborn Heights) and I really enjoy the sport of fly fishing and tying. I'm originally from the west side of the state in the Holton/Fremont area. I graduated Holton Public Schools in 1985, went to Ferris for 1 1/2 years, dabled in different things, and then went into the Marine Corps. I ended up moving to Southeast Michigan area about 19 years ago and still down in this area. I fish the Huron River religiously, but I also enjoy going up north to hit the other wonderful rivers in our state (Michigan). Last year I decided to start doing production Fly Tying. I also belong to the Michigan Fly Fishing Club, Huron River Fly Fishers (FFF), and I have also served on the Board of Directors for Ann Arbor Trout Unlimited. I also write articles for the Michigan Fly Fishing Club's Newsletter, "The Evening Hatch" and for my friends at www.flydogs.net for their website. There is probably more, but I can hear the fish calling my name...So, Tight Lines.
