About Me
I am a life time resident of the Niagara region here in Ontario Canada. I grew up fishing the local creeks and ponds fishing for whatever would take my bait. Eventually I discovered the sport of fly fishing and it has taken me to some of the most pristine areas on earth.

Anything except Country, Rap,Hip hop,or heavy metal. Love the blues classic rock and jazz
Movies
Anything that will make me laugh,stimulate my mind or want to go fishing.
TV
No use for TV,except documentaries,fishing shows,or hockey
Books
I'm not into reading novels,but I do love how to books on fly tying,home improvements and cook books
Likes
I love the whole outdoor experience of flyfishing. There is no need for electronic gizmos or noisy engines. Just man and nature.
Dislikes
big cities with all the noise traffic and crowds. Telemarketers,lying polititians and taxes on everything except the air we breath.People who complain when I legally keep a couple fish for shore lunch
Hobbies
Fishing, fly tying, cycling, cooking, wine, beer, travel, meeting new people
Vices
I always wait for the last day to pay the bills. I own too many fishing rods.
Virtues
Patience,willingness to learn new things, sharing my knowledge with others,
Heroes
my parents who helped me become the person I am today. My 98 year old grandmother who survived through the horrors of war and great depession by simple healthy lifestyle.
